Notices that do not comply with the statutory requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) may not receive a response. Submitting a false DMCA notice may subject you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

Send your counter-notification to the same designated agent address above. AlertHound will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers, in accordance with DMCA § 512(i). We review all valid takedown notices and will take action against accounts that repeatedly engage in infringing activity.
We reserve the right to remove content, suspend access, or terminate accounts without prior notice where we determine, in our sole discretion, that a pattern of infringement exists.
AlertHound aggregates publicly available listing information from third-party platforms including eBay, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, government auction sites, and others. We surface listing titles, descriptions, images, and prices as they appear on those platforms.
Because we do not create or control the underlying listing content, we recommend that rights holders also submit takedown requests directly to the originating platform where the content was originally posted. Removing content from AlertHound's index will not remove the listing from its source platform.
Our DMCA agent will process notices related to content that appears within the AlertHound platform. For questions about this policy, contact us at dmca@alerthound.io.
